Collection and processing of personal data

Personal data are beeing collected and processed during user account creation, management and usage. This includes data for identification, like name and email and if applicable a user specific password. This data is beeing stored, while the account is active and will be deleted upon account deletion. The reason for data collection and processing is the necessity of identification to make availability of certain services possible. By creating an account and entering personal data, you agree to usage and processing of your data.

Personal data is never shared with or forwarded to other natural persons, or third parties.

Protection

Personal data is protected at the best with state of the art technology. They are only saved and transfered secured by state of the art encryption technology. However, a hundred percent protection is technical impossible. In the rare event, that unauthorized third parties had access to personal data, affected Persons will be informed (see below).

Cookies

Cookies are only used to validate a successful login (session cookies) and not to track user activities. After session end by logout or after a timeout due to inactivity, cookies are deleted and no longer used.

Rights of persons affected

Disclosure

The affected person has the right to query the kind and content of saved personal data and the right to withdraw all data affecting them.

Deletion

All available personal data is beeing deleted upon request of the affected person.

Privacy violation

In case personal data is beeing accessed and copied unauthorized, the affected persons are notified within 72 hours upon notice.

Changes

With the initial acceptance, you agree, that the current terms at the time of usage is beeing applied, even if it differs from the original agreed one.
